Please include iOS version and Packetly version (Settings → tap the version line to copy it).

Packetly Pro

• Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel a subscription: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Lifetime does not renew. Restore it on another device with Packetly → Settings → Restore Purchase.
• Already purchased on another device: Restore Purchase in Settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Permissions

• Location — optional, only to show Wi‑Fi SSID.
• Local network — traceroute, ping, and port checks on your LAN.
• Notifications — local SSL/domain expiry reminders only (no remote push).

Common issues

• Ping is not ICMP. Packetly measures TCP connect latency to port 443/80.
• Some domains have no expiry date. Not every TLD publishes RDAP.
• Traceroute shows * for some hops. Those routers filter ICMP; this is normal.
